Fluorescent lights

In Seattle some places offer free recycling for fluorescent lights while others charge. In Washington State everyone pays a recycling fee when purchasing fluorescent lights so it’s ideal to find a place that doesn’t charge for recycling since a recycling fee has already been paid.
