Recycle Holiday Christmas Lights & String Lights
Christmas lights and decorative string lights are recyclable and some places might even pay you a small amount to recycle them. If they’re still working and you just no longer want them try selling or donating them on an online marketplace such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp etc. You can also donate them to a local thrift store.
