Staples stores offer rewards for recycling ink cartridges. You need to spend at least $50 on ink or toner and register for their rewards program. In return you get $2 in rewards for up to 20 cartridges per month. This option is a bit complicated though if you buy enough printer ink or toner at Staples it could be beneficial.
